Excellence
Dr. Shea is an extremely professional cardiologist with the patient’s best interest at the fore. Noting my paternal familial history and genetic predisposition for heart disease, she has been very helpful in proactively monitoring and analyzing my heart-related metrics and in so doing giving me the comfort I have sought. Having established proper baselines and understanding the history, if more significant cardiac issues do indeed present, I’m confident that she will be equally adept at managing and aggressively treating those issues if and when necessary.

Dr. Shea listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. This was my second visit and Dr. Shea was prepared and it was obvious she was aware of my history without me having to explain everything that was already in my record. Outstanding bedside manner and the entire staff treated me professionally from the time I walked into the office until I left. I am grateful for Dr. Shea, her staff and VA Heart.

It was a very pleasant experience! From the time I walked in until the time I left everyone was very professional and welcoming! I tend get very nervous when visiting a doctor but felt so at ease and knew I was in good hands!

dr. shea did not answer my questions. she was dismissive and her nurse nora did not properly relay my messages to her. Dr. Shea and nora simply kept repeating the same thing as opposed to elaborating and honoring the questions my other cardiologist had. i do not trust dr. shea. and nora is not a nice person and lazy.
