Dr. Jennifer Smith, MD

Dr. Smith is a very thoughtful and skilled physician. I was devastated to learn about problems in my pregnancy and with my baby but Dr. Smith did a fantastic job keeping us as safe as possible. She does not hold your hand through the process but she is considerate of your situation and even went above and beyond to take care of us and saw to it personally. I saw her for all four of my pregnancies and my first at length. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I absolutely could not have asked for a better doctor. I wasn't sure at first but Dr. Smith was so kind to my husband and I, caring, compassionate and understanding. She took me on as an OB patient and delivered my son - although I ended up having an emergency C-section I feel it went as smoothly as it could have thanks to Dr. Smith. I would choose her 1000 x over and if I were ever planning on having another child, I would be first in line to see her. The nurses and staff in her office are amazing as well. Dr. Smith is honest and direct but never treated us with anything other than kindness. We will be forever grateful to her for our baby boy.

I was not impressed with this lady’s bedside manner. She’s very cocky, very insensitive and has no compassion for GDM patients.

I would not recommend Dr. Smith, on my first day visit I already had a bad feeling about this. The front desk staff were kind and sweet, but the staff working inside are terrible. They gave me an impolite look as I walked out of the ultrasound room and into another room. As I walked in, I could overheard them talking about me. For Dr. Smith, she didn't do any lab work nor do any checkup and she already told me to terminate my child. I would never go to her again.

Dr. Smith provided excellent care and monitoring throughout my high risk pregnancy. She listened carefully to my concerns and gave thoughtful feedback. I never felt rushed during an appointment, as she always took time to answer my questions. Her staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I never experienced a long wait or had difficulty scheduling my appointments. I am so grateful for the care I received from Dr. Smith, and I will definitely return to her if I have another baby

Scheduling is horrible no way a patient should have to wait a hour to be seen and being 10 minutes late is unacceptable you'll have to reschedule. Definitely a robot doctor and doesn't take the time out to listen and are for clients. Everytime I advised her of my concerns she would advise that I should speak to my primary doctor.

I saw a great doctor in this practice but Dr. Smith was absolutely horrible. Her bedside manner is cold and she doesn't listen to patients concerns. Other doctors in the practice seemed to question her decisions on my care, (though they were professional in their responses). The practice itself is fine, however I will never return to see Dr Smith due to her uncaring nature. She's a robot doctor -won't remember you, won't listen to your concerns and will move you right along.
