Dr. Stasko jumps to conclusions and then posts incorrect diagnoses to your medical record; with UPMC, it is extremely difficult to get these corrected. She is never prepared for your visit. She does not listen well; in fact, while you are there, she spends her time typing on her computer rather than listening to you. If you don’t agree with her, she may threaten to stop seeing you. She is rarely on time; at times I have had to sit in the waiting for up to 2 hours. If you have an urgent issue and you do happen to make contact, she may not get back to you for a week. If she is out-of-office, so is her assistant (who is the only who takes calls for her), and there is no option for suggesting another doctor to see. The phone system for her practice is terrible; if one of the menu choices is not appropriate it tells you to hang up and call the office, which is the number you just called! There is no answering service.

This provider is awful. She only cares about making money and not the patient themselves. I recommend you finding another PCP, one who actually cares about you. There are plenty of PCP’s out there. She is a 0/5 rating

Dr. Stasko is a very thorough, intelligent and compassionate doctor. She listens and takes her time with me. She was the only doctor who searched and questioned until she found I had PMR, which I was suffering from for 9 months, 2 other doctors could not figure it out. She has always treated me with respect and care. I would recommend her to anyone.

If you want to live out your days on an antidepressant, THIS IS THE DR FOR YOU! She thinks everyone should take them. I disagree. Dr. Stasko used to be a good doctor, I'm not sure what happened.

I've never had a Dr tell me I was too old until I met Dr Stasko, Her bedside manner was unapproachable, I am in my early 40's, her assistant told me to continue with treatment that Dr Stasko never put me on I felt like that was a LACK of listening to my systems with the Dr notes she was reading or maybe she was mixing my medical file with another patients records I will not return to her office picking another PCP as I type this review, she attempted to feed me compliments towards the end of my visit after telling me a woman at my age shouldn't have an interest in sex anymore

Dr. Stasko is a wonderful healthcare provider. She's patient, listens intently, explains things clearly, and answers all questions no matter how trivial they seem. She's also warm and kind and funny -- terrific qualities for a PCP!

Excellent MD

Made a New Patient appointment and it was Clearly made for a New Patient appointment and 4 weeks later they called and told me that it wasn't a new patient appointment and they had to reschedule. They are lying! That is uncalled for. BAD MANAGEMENT ! I cant wait another 5 weeks !!!!

Wonderful! She really takes the time to get to know you which is great. I'm devastated I have to switch doctors because of the Highmark/UPMC mess. I will really miss having her as my PCP. I would highly recommend.
