Absolutely Dr. Stone is one of the most caring doctors around. She will most definitely go over and beyond for you or your love ones.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stone since I moved here over 10 years ago. I've also been seeing an OBGYN for a particular issue I was having so I have apparently not been in to see Dr. Stone for a while. When I called to make a well appointment they told me it had been too long since my last appointment, so I would have to be considered a "new" patient. I said fine then there was a pause. The woman told me Dr. Stone is not taking any new patients.... then I paused in disbelief... and I said "so that means?" she said you will have to find a new doctor... I can not even believe they would tell a patient of 10+ years that they will no longer be my doctor, and neither could any other medical professional I told. One time I had a UTI and they would not call in a prescription, they said they needed to see me. I said OK when can I come in? and they told me they didn't have any openings I would have to go to urgent care... unprofessional.

I love, love, love Dr. Stone! However, her front office staff are rude, uncaring, unknowledgeable, and unprepared to take care of her patients. I am seriously considering going elsewhere because of them. It is a shame such an awesome Dr. has such a horrible first impression of a front office.

She takes time to listen and reviews everything with you. I have had some serious medical complications this year and Dr. Stone has been excellent about managing my care. I recommend her without reservation.

Dr. Stone has been my primary physician 4 1/2 years. She came highly recommended to me and has lived up to my every expectation. She takes time with patients, listens to what they have to say and does a thorough examination. I never have a problem getting prescriptions refilled and her office staff is extremely friendly and eager to serve each patient.

I called a week before my prescription was up to be renewed and called multiple times after saying that I had not gotten a response and was almost out. The dr didnt authorize my antidepressant without me coming in again but didnt even respond to tell me this until after I was out of my medication. They then couldn't see more for a week. So they left a patient without meds for over a week even though I called a week prior to being out.

Dr. Stone has been our family physician for a few years now and we are completely satisfied with her. She listens, takes more than adequate time with us, goes through lab tests for physicals in great detail and is extremely easy to talk to. She places an emphasis on diet, exercise and will make sure that a prescription is the most correct treatment prior to prescribing medicine.

I would not recommend Dr. Stone to anyone. It is very difficult to simply get a prescription renewed. I have faithfully kept all of my appointments and I call the office allowing 3 or 4 days(extra for weekends) 5 days later still no response from your doctor. This has happened multiple times and I will have to call the office as requested by the pharmacist. Maybe you can get a response, we have faxed requests every day. I am a relatively new pt. Moved to area in March 2016.
