Dr. Jennifer Tatalovich, MD

I have had various issues and a couple of surgeries. I only trust this doctor. I tell her my concerns, she provides me with options. If you need a smart doctor, that knows what they are doing, is a surgeon and follows up, this is the one.

You would think a female provider in this practice area would be more attuned to how women are treated frequently in clinical settings. I was truly shocked at her words, tone, and lack of solutions. Disappointing on so many levels. Go see Dr Jarnigan or the PA Carlie instead.

This office is a joke. We had so much faith in this practice until now. I have IC and there is many times that I was in excruciating pain. They discharged me because they claimed i called the after hours too much and that I and I quote “didn’t comprehend the doctors orders” which I have. None of this was explained to me and I didn’t realize they had such an issue with me. If they would have warned me or at least made me aware of this, i would’ve understood. But kicking me out was wrong on so many levels. Thanks to these uncaring people, we are going to have to find another doctor. Shame on these people!

In February, 2020, I had surgery and Dr. Tatslovick was my doctor. I would totally recommend her. She is caring not to say extremely professional. I feel very lucky that she was my doctor.

Dr.T is great but office staff and office manager are non-responsive to the patient experience. I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room then another 50 minutes sitting in a gown in the exam room. I got dressed and left no apologies or explanation from the nurse or front desk staff. Called the next day and requested to have the office manager call me...surprise... never received a return call. Funny ,Heritage Medical Group boasts care and concern for the patient’s experience. Again Dr.Tatalovich is good but my time is valuable too.

Dr. T is the absolute besssssst! She helped me recieve the care I needed after two years of agonizing pain. Her expertise and concern and care have changed my life. She participated in a 3 surgeon ,7 hr long operation..(which she organized) to help me get back on track in my life. She even made sure I had PT after the long recovery! I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone who is struggling with women’s health issues. She has given me my life back!!!!!

She is amazing! I feel so blessed to have found Dr. T. I have interstitial cystitis (IC) and she is hands down the most knowledgeable doctor I've seen in regards to treating IC. She has a wonderful bedside manner, listens to every word and answers every question. I have recommended her to several others who have the same condition.

I tried to stay with her but they kept dropping the ball on important issues. Had a CT deen having trouble for year. Polyp or cyst was still their bigger. So waited for a call got one saying everything was fine. WHAT ! Said what about blah she had to go back and look then said oh it’s fine. SURE! Been having swelling bleeding pain for a year but I’m fine. Let me say my mom died of breast cancer at 50 stage 4 so did my grandmother and all of my grandmother sisters. So yes I get worried.Very Rude

Receptionist at the Franklin office is rude and argumentative. She is uninformed regarding insurance benefits and makes decisions she’s not qualified to make. She made an error but could not bring herself to apologize- just continued to be defensive and argumentative. Dr T is awesome but has no control over who is staffing the front office
