Good luck, because there is no office to visit. The address given is Brandon Hospital. When you call the hospital they state that she does not have an office in the hospital, nor it appears anywhere else for that matter. She is considered a hospitalist which from what I understand means she contracts herself out to various hospitals. It's somewhat unclear what her exact role is in the various hospitals, but if she happens to be at the hospital that you are admitted to and claims to have performed some service, don't be surprised to get a bill from her billing agency. We received a bill from her billing agency for an unknown service and were told that our insurance did not cover the bill (Anthem BC/BS). We were not informed by the hospital (not Brandon Hospital) that she was going to be attending to my wife (my wife does not even recall seeing her), nor that she was an out of network doctor.
