So glad to find a neurologist like Dr. Werely. She’s the best.

Dr. Werely is so empathetic and she cares more for her patients than I’ve ever known. With my chronic illnesses, I’ve seen dozens and dozens of specialists over the last decade and she will always be my number one! She remembers everything that matters most and everything you’d not think of your doctor to recall about you. I travel over an hour to continue to see her. I wouldn’t have made it as far with my health if it wasn’t for her!!She’s always available and always willing to go above and beyond. She’s a hidden gem!

Her knowledge base is vast, grasp of latest cutting-edge trends in research and treatment are unmatched in my experience, both as a patient with a rare Neurological disorder, as a family member/caregiver for a patient with a chronic Neurological condition, and as a medical professional with many years experience at the bedside who is in a position to be able to compare the styles and abilities of treatment providers. She’s simply the best!!

I brought my father to Dr. Werely after he suffered a stroke. She took the time to review his hospital records and look at "the big picture" - not just the neurological issues. Dr. Werely was caring and extremely professional. We left there with a comprehensive treatment plan to move forward. She also followed up (persistently!) with other treatment providers to make sure everyone was on the same page. We've never been to a doctor who provided such great patient care!

I have had migraines for over 50 years. From experience I can tell you how difficult it is to find a doctor that will take the time to listen to you and work with you on all levels when it comes to the excruciating pain of migraines. The doctor spends a lot of time with you. She was even kind enough to call me on a Saturday evening when she should be spending the time with her family. It's almost an hour ride to her office but I don't mind. I have been with her for over 5 years. Give her a call!

We are a family that have had many concussions and have recently been treated for a TBI. We have NEVER had a doctor as thoughtful and emotionally invested in our health as Dr. Werely. She is patient and second to none when it comes to addressing concerns my children might have and my concerns as a parent. I would follow her anywhere!

I visited 3 different neurologists in NYC last year and none of them were able to fully diagnose my occipital neuralgia which triggered a persistent throbbing pain in the back of my neck. I visited Dr. Werely earlier this year and after 8 months of a continued treatment which includes a regimen of injections, medication and minor lifestyle adjustments, I can safely say the ON has abated to the point where it's no longer an issue. She's a lifesaver and pin-pointed the issue on day one.
