Dr. Jennifer Wiler, MD

During an ER Visit to UC Health in Aurora, CO Dr. Wiler was the intake physician. center. I was referred to the E.R. after an MRI scan at a local radiology center. She wanted to do a CT scan! I told her that I had just left a radiology center that I had an MRI. I asked that she take a look at those images before ordering a CT. Her reply was that images from other facilities could not be transferred to UC Health's PAX system. I told her that I had just gotten off the phone with the imaging center provider and they assured me that they had already confirmed that UC Health Medical Records had received the images. Dr. Wiler's response was that she had never seen it done successfully. Over the next hour two folks stopped by to transfer me to get images taken. When I asked the nurse if they had reviewed the MRI images, they said no. A specialist stopped by to examine me and after some prompting, she found my images and confirmed that they were adequate.
