Dr. Jennifer Williams, MD

This appointment I just needed clarification from a previous appointment. Asked for an appt and got one within the hour. Dr. Williams makes me feel comfortable and always has my best interest.

Dr. Williams listens and works out a plan for me to follow. She is knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.

The doctor always takes time and explains everything on test results, bloodwork etc. and always gives me plenty of helpful tips. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have chronic problems that require immediate attention. I usually am able to see Dr Williams within hours of calling her office. This is much appreciated and most helpful! I especially appreciate being able to call her anytime, even after office hours. Fantastic physician!

Dr. Williams’ practice provided thorough testing that I haven't had before and I did annual physicals every year with my previous doctors.She listened intently and there was excellent dialogue based on open-ended questions that resulted in further exploration.I was concerned about seeing a female physician, but Dr. Williams is quite insightful about problems facing men in their 60’s. We had in-depth discussions of symptoms that were brushed off by previous providers written off as, “You are aging. That’s going to happen.” As a result, I talked with Dr. Williams about things I haven't discussed with a physician before.Dr. Williams provided solutions that brought relief from symptoms I was experiencing for years. Previous providers told me they could recommend a specialist, but didn't because the specialist would wonder why I was referred.I felt cared for rather than like a customer or product being rushed through a system to make a quota.I highly recommend Dr. Williams

She always comes in with a smile on her face and a ivwill take care of you attitude, for which I’m ever grateful she’s my doctor!

I am so satisfied with Dr. Williams. She listens to me. She is a great doctor who cares about my complete health, not just one thing.

My annual physical was a quite easy process. Bloodwork collected two weeks prior followed up by an efficient, comprehensive physical. The results were given in a non rushed, easily understood manner. Dr. Williams and Jenny, her nurse, were attentive, friendly and non judgemental. Results were presented in a way that gave me the tools I need to improve my health for the upcoming year. Even though I am fairly healthy, I appreciate the in depth information that will enable me to further improve my health and stay healthy. Thank you Dr. Williams and staff!

I didn't believe the other one star reviews of jennifer williams Abandoning Patients. Then It happened to me. With out any warning I was called on sept 20th the day my meds were to be refilled by the receptionist with a southern accent and told " Sorry as of today you are no longer our patient and your medication refills and finding a new doctor are your problem this month. I have other calls to make so have a nice day." .. So no medication refills to hold me over while i scramble for a new doctor no info on finding a new doctor and no reason given for abandonment. After thinking this was going to be a great place for my new primary care provider for the last year, and having no problems until the phone call I am in shock and disbelief. I should have listened to the one star reviews. What has happened to me i was told by the Ohio medical board is what they call Patient Abandonment. And they requested that i fill out a complaint. I would Urge any of her other former patient

First told me they weren’t excepting new patients, put me hold, another lady got on the phone and told me they would see me in September if I paid $2000.00 out of pocket, ask if I could get more information, they told me to come the next day at 6:00 pm (after hours seemed fishy) called me when I didn’t show, I told the lady I wasn’t comfortable with that and she hung up on me!! Clearly customer service is definitely an area of concern!! (Enough For Me)

We recently received a letter from Dr Jennifer Williams regarding her transition to a MDVIP practice. The bottom line is that she wants $2,000 in cash per year from us in order to remain in her practice. She is a disgrace to the profession!

Not the standard held before now that's she's moved to her new practice. I have a more detailed review on Vitals. Dr. Williams is an amazing Doctor but since the move her staff is less than acceptable in the way they handle patients. Because the Nurse Practitioner is the gatekeeper my experience was I was not able get the care I was accustomed to when seeing Dr. Williams previously. There's no compassion, no follow up and getting an appointment is extremely difficult. I want to believe Dr. Williams is unaware of her staff's actions and how poorly they treat patients and are left hanging when needing medical care.

Misdiagnosed my condition Luckily found better doctor with correct dianose.
