Highly skilled and kind professional
Dr. Wu is a compassionate, professional, and skilled listener and doctor. She answered all my questions, and made sure I was very comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. The team at GI Endoscopy Center of Northern Virginia is also top notch. On top of that everyone seems genuinely happy at work. There was so much laughter as the staff went about making sure all the patients were fine from check-in to post-op. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Wu and the center.

I just did the colonoscopy last week and I can tell Dr. Wu and her staffs are very nice, since I am taking blood thinning drugs, They contacted my primary doctor and cardio doctor to make sure the right way to do to prevent Me to have blood clog problem. The staff called me a couple days before the colonoscopy day to make sure I was following all the directions and also 2 days after the procedure to make sure I am ok.

First Class. On several occasions Dr. Wu took time to talk to me on the phone about my situation, the results of tests, etc. That is a service other physicians do not provide. I hope she continues this practice.

Performed an endoscopy on me. Quite lot of bleeding afterward and very little support from her or her staff. Had to go to the ER. Very hard to get an appointment and am usually only given her nurse practitioner. Dr. Wu hardly speaks, doesn't answer questions very well, doesn't take time to listen, forgets to give me important information (then claims she did give it to me). Her staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They often forget to send pre-op paperwork or send me incorrect data.

Dr. Wu has been excellent!. I was surprised to receive a call from her personally following up on a recent office visit. She really paid attention to the special needs of my situation and has been friendly, courteous, and attentive in all of our interactions.
