callous behaviour
when I went back for a double hernia surgery follow up and complaint about still having issues on my right inguinal side he dismissed my complaint by saying that I was being too sensitive, I can still feel the pain there, he was rude for sure

Outstanding Surgeon
I began seeing Dr. Chen in 2021 and had surgery with him in October of 2021. I have a very complicated medical and surgical history; the care he provided, and my outcome, far exceeded my expectations. I continue to see him regularly for follow up care. Dr. Chen has always been professional, honest, kind, and incredibly encouraging. He is very well informed and keeps up-to-date on the most recent evidence-based medicine. I highly recommend him and his staff.
