Dr. Feng for MS treatment
Had our first visit with Dr. Feng today. Met with her PA back in January, who was very thorough. Dr. Feng spent about 70 minutes with my girlfriend talking and examining her for her MS. Very professional, informative and easy to deal with.

  • Explained conditions well
  • Staff friendliness
  • Appointment wasn't rushed

Dr. Feng is wonderful. She listens to your concerns and knowledgable responses. I had another neurologist who did not want to confirm my MS diagnosis until I had a third flare therefore not allowing me to start meds but Dr. Feng listened to my concerns and started me on meds immediately. Her and her staff are wonderful.

Patient Care
I had one visit with Dr. Feng. I was sent for an MRI and giving pamphlets to decide what medicine I wanted to be treated with. There was no discussion with Dr. Feng during my visit. I scheduled my MRI's and I never heard from her or her office once results came back, nor did I receive a call or message through my portal in reference to results or if I had questions or made a decision about the medicine I chose. This visit was back in Mar 2023, it is now January 2024 and the MS clinic has not reached out to me in reference to my MS health.
