Your trust is our top concern.

We strive to keep reviews honest, trustworthy, and fair.

Doctors can not pay for good reviews, nor can they pay to have negative reviews removed.

We monitor all reviews to ensure they comply with our guidelines and don’t include personal information, profanity, libel, defamation, harassment, obscenity or fraud.

Any reviews that are deemed fraudulent or violate our guidelines will be removed immediately.

All reviews are confirmed and audited before publication, and community members have the ability to flag inappropriate content for further review by our team.

Over the years, Dr. Lin's level of quality service and care has declined immensely. It is a terrible tragedy when a Doctor has a 95% employee turnover rate and is unreachable during times critical as this. The only office number available and voice messaging system is constantly full or transfers to the fax machine. And her mobile number for emergencies always has a busy signal. When you have to wait an hour to see a Doctor even though you have an appointment that is not true quality care. Hopefully, Dr. Lin will take the time to evaluate her practice and make changes to better serve her patients.

I found the staff and Dr Lin to be professional and helpful in every way. Dr Lin is bright, thoughtful and explains things very clearly. She gets to the root of the problem which is why I went to see her. I highly recommend her.

I am a new patient with Dr. Lin. She was very professional and concerned about my health concerns. She has a very nice disposition. Her receptionist staff however, leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to the office on three occasions and every time I've had to speak with the receptionist, they have been rude, condescending and dismissive. Very unprofessional. I called for test results and was on hold 10 min. No apology just rude service.

The receptionist, who speaks mandarin Chinese, is the most unprofessional, rude person. Will never recommend this place.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional, rude person I've ever met at a doc office. I need a certain medication or I have painful, convulsion-like spasms in my sleep. My pharm faxed 2 refill requests & never heard back. I went 3 wknd days w/barely any sleep before I called the office on Mon. The receptionist said she needs 48 hrs to call in a refill. She denied getting faxes despite proof from the pharmacy. I explained how badly I needed my medicine & she still refused. She should be fired.
