Dr. Jenny Miele, MD

Dr. Miele has been our pediatrician since my child's birth. While she was great for annual well checks, vaccines, and your run of the mill cold, that's where her expertise ends. I've been patiently working with Dr. Miele over the last few years to address my child's anxiety without success as she fails to address the root cause, and other physical symptoms of headaches and persistent nausea which she completely ignores. She makes you feel that you are bothering her, and consistently rushes you. She's resistant to having lab work drawn and after multiple calls to her office regarding my child's worsening anxiety, she has ignored my request to be seen. I guess she finally broke down or got sick of me calling as we were finally seen now only to be pushed off to another doctor whom we can't get into for months. If your child is healthy and just needs a well visit once a year, she's wonderful, however should your child have any type of health issue I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Had to see Dr. Miele due to our regular pediatrician out for surgery. NEVER again. She seriously gave my son an eating issue. READ the file DOCTOR. I have always fed my kids healthy and kept them active. Some kids are genetically prone to being heavier. She told my son to slow down his weight gain with his growth. She told him to stop drinking so much soda, HE DOESN'T DRINK SODA. I have spent the last year, with him ASKING EVERY MEAL, is this ok. Never again will I see her. And coming from someone who probably never has to watch what they eat. And by the way when she told him all this, he had just run a 7 minute mile.

Dr. Miele and all her associates at Northwest Pediatrics have neen a godsend. It is easy to get an appointment , and the waiting room is never overfilled with sick children. She treats my children with respect. They love her. She has a gentle bedside manner and a lot of patience.
