Muller is a great doctor. She does not coddle patients and appointments are of short duration but she is extremely knowledgeable and I trust her decisions, I've been her patient for over 10 years and rely on her abilities.

Dr. Muller's office lacks basic business processes & is decades behind in terms of technology (she writes everything down on paper and asks other medical records be faxed over). More importantly, she is completely devoid of empathy, compassion, & understanding. She is cold and extremely direct; asking clinical questions rapid fire and only spending about 15 min with you for each appointment. Dr. Muller once asked if I had been sexually abused the same way she would ask someone if they ate breakfast that day. She is happy to prescribe meds but that is the only benefit of seeing her - find someone else to do that. 0/10 do not recommend.

I arrived 5 minutes late after arranging transportation when my ride fell through. The receptionist refused to check me in and instead, charged me a $150 late fee. This was my first visit. I don't understand this penalty charge. I have now paid $150 not to see anyone for my mental health.

Dr Muller has ZERO compassion or empathy for anyone. She told me my appointment was at 9:30am. When I turned up at 9:25am, she then told me that she had my appointment down for 9:15 and that is was MY fault and I had to pay for the appointment because I was 10 mins late (in her opinion) . I have NEVER been late to a single appointment and am in fact always early. SHE makes ME wait usually!!! I have never in my life had to deal with someone so cold and unapologetically mean and unkind like her.

1.) No one answers the phone. Even when you leave a message, Amanda (the receptionist) responds back almost a week later although half the time she doesn’t call back at all. 2.) They deliberately don’t call to remind you of your appointment in hopes of slapping you with a $150+ fee (they refused to waive even if you got ran over by a car) which is about double what they would’ve received from your insurance company.

BEWARE! Can’t understand what she’s saying. Receptionist arrives late, in workout clothes, but when the patient arrives under 10m late they charge and Muller refuses to be seen.

Most of her patients are people who live in the area, in need someone within their insurance network - these seem to be her only positive attributes. She'll charge you $148 if you're late (even if its 12 minutes and due to having been in a car accident). You will pay a late fee AND have to reschedule the appt. Her missed appt fee is 200 - and no, it does not matter that you've called 72, 48 or 24 hrs in advance, because Amanda the secretary rarely picks up the phone / returns calls. Too abrasive
