I was in a lot of pain and I spoke with him the parking lot. He told me to go in his office and have his staff give me a shot for pain. The office staff was extremely rude. I tried calling back to let him know about the incident but he wouldn't take my calls. When i returned for my annual appointment, he came in with an attitude and yelled/snapped at me. He used my personal information to be little me and then he told me to get out.

Proud to be a patient. Awesome Group of people
I have been a patient for several years. I also am in the Healthcare industry as well as being a Firefighter for 22 years. In my business I routinely speak with physicians and physician offices. My sister is also a physician as well as my brother, sister in law as well as my brother in law are all nurse practitioners or Nurses. I can truly say that Dr McClure and every single person that works there are AMAZING. I truly wish all physicians offices, physical therapy, Dental offices were as prompt, personable, caring and efficient. I’m hesitant to recommend too many people to this little known gem because then it may become so large and busy that it turns into the other practices where they are more interested in how many they can squeeze through the door and patient care and personal attention would then be compromised. However, I can’t be selfish as it’s not in my nature. I do highly recommend Dr McClure and all of his staff.

I have found Dr. McClure to be kind and patient and always enjoy a banter with him when there. He is the only doctor around that actually puts his hands on you to check out various parts of your body, i.e. thyroid, ankles, tummy, spine and takes a proper blood pressure reading. He has time for me and remembers me even though I mainly see him just for annual check up. He is very personable and knowledgeable and always explains things to me thoroughly.

Dr. McClure does not care about his patients because he refers them to urgent care facilities all the time. I would think he would want to see patients since he is a primary/internal medicine doctor. Not to mention his staff is rude and they do not get back with you like they say they will.

He and his staff reminds me of when is was a child and my mom would take me to a FAMILY Dr. These days it seems most doctors want you in and out as fast as possible where as Dr. McClure takes the time to get to know you personally as well as physically.

Dr. McClure was exceptional to my mother in the hospital, so much so that she wants to travel from Vidalia to see him. Her exact words were “He actually listened to what I had to say and that’s RARE these days.”. It was refreshing to witness a doctor speaking to her as an equal. She felt that what she had to say mattered. We were grateful to have been under his care!

Deplorable customer service since the Nurse Practitioner left the practice. I was told I'd have to wait for 6 months for my annual physical. The doctor is "backed up." Office staff stated that I'd have no medication refills until I had my physical in 6-months. I explained I had been in the office 4 weeks earlier for a tetanus shot and asked about scheduling a physical and was told there was no need. Doctor's practice is abrupt discontinuing my maintenance medications of 11 years. Bad Medicine

He is a very special doctor. My family and I got the pleasure of having him as the Doctor in charge of my Mother in Wayne Memorial Hospital. What a blessing he was to our family. My mama said he was like another Grandson to her, which is extremely special. We would just like to say thank you to him for all that he done to for our Mother.
