Absolutely not! I went through a painful process to numb my small toe to have the toe nail removed, and was given instructions following the procedure which was to inactivate the chemical that prevents the nail from returning. I opted for this procedure because I was told it would resolve my issue, and not return. Well, less than two months later, the nail appears to have returned, and I'm now experiencing the same problem with this toe. Then, as if I wasn't going to notice, I was double billed for the service.
