Dr. Janssen has been my family doctor for 9 years. I have seen him for annual check-ups and any issues serious enough for an office visit in between.

Never bills insurance right. The annoying this is sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don’t. After a few years of dealing with this my family has decided they are done with this officer. The service is okay; never seen Dr. Janssen, I’ve seen Dr. Mary. She always seems rather confused and unsure , but her advice so far has been fine. Either way, finding a new doctor that can actually bill insurance correctly.

I've been a patient of Dr. Janssen's for more than 10 years and I am very satisfied with his service. He has a very comforting demeanor and carefully explains any health issues. I highly recommend Dr. Janssen for everyone.

The front desk staff if rude and one of the PAs was extremely rude when I was trying to explain my symptoms...almost didn't believe me when I was explaining my issues. They messed up scheduling an appointment for me twice and then tried to claim I was an hour late and charge me a late fee. Finding a new doc when my insurance changes.

After getting charged $2000 for a preventative visit, I was appalled because they seemed to intentionally misinform patients as to be able to charge for various tests through blood work. Will be finding a new doctor. Office staff was not extremely helpful either

I specifically went to Dr. Janssen's practice to be able to see their relatively new PA. My wife loves her and suggested her when I expressed frustration with the practice I was going to . The appointments have been easy to schedule, the office staff is quite friendly and I do appreciate being able to have bloodwork done in office. I have met Dr. Janssen and have found this practice thorough, competent and caring.

Dr. Janssen and all his Pa's and NP's are great! He has a great staff, everyone is very friendly and knowledgable. I'm always able to get an appointment when needed. I would definitely recommend coming to this office!

I cant ever get the appt. with Dr. Janssen.
It is usually NP or PA that they will try to schedule me with.
S/he (NP or PA)is with Dr. Janseen for a year or less. I never get to see the same physician.
I think that they don't listen well enough. They start talking before you stop explaining yourself.
Dr. Janseen doesn't follow up as a 2nd opinion.
Because of that reason I will be chancing my primary care.

He is a good physician demonstrating good beside manners, interest in patient relation, provides good health education to patients, and spends an appropriate amount of time dialoguing with the patient. He also consistently brings excellent physician assistants such as Meghan and Jaimie. He needs a better scheduling and billing systems. Some of his front desk staff could use training in customer service. He should also pay attention to the need for cleanliness in his offices.
