It takes a long time to see Dr. Lankford & anyone he refers to, which isn't good for patient care. It took 5 months to get into one of his referrals & 4 for another. When you are at the point of needing to see a neurologist, you need help much faster. We've confidence in him, but the system is bogged down. Staff is kind & efficient but communication when not in the office is terrible, nothing gets put on the patient portal except vitals, calls have not been returned & needed documents not sent.
