Dr. Proctor is the pinnacle of what every doctor should aim for, in emergency medicine and for routine care. I was in the ED for the second day in a row because the first day my workup was practically non-existent for serious chest pain and leg pain, and Dr. Proctor was straight-forward and honest that we could have avoided my second day in the ER if they had done a thorough work up the first time. Even though nothing scarily serious was wrong, he made sure to validate me and my feelings the entire time and made sure I knew he believed me and my symptoms. Just wow. I've never been so validated by an ED doctor in my life. I truly left the emergency department feeling like I wish he could be my PCP so I actually had someone who cared about my well-being and ruling out every possible issue. Thank you Dr. Proctor !

He treated me like he should and not look down on me as others do or accuse me of things like the ER nurse did before I seen him! He seen what I did and helped me! Which I need to see him again ASAP!!

Went to emergency room with severe back spasms. Dr Proctor explained each test that was run, why they were needed and the results. He really contemplated each test to make sure the test was needed.
