Dr. Roberts has been able to answer any questions I've had and my esketamine treatments have been life-saving. His staff is enthusiastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Messages are responded to by staff in a reasonable manner. Dr. Roberts saw a need for new treatments for mental illness here on Oahu and keeps up with the latest ones. There are other psychiatrists now who are using the same types of treatments, but Dr. Jeremy Roberts was and remains the leader in new treatments. Thank you, Dr. Roberts.

I have been a patient of Dr. Roberts for 8 years and have been very happy with my care. The staff is polite and courteous. I like that I can do telemedicine appointments. Dr. Roberts is empathetic, respectful and has a good knowledge of the medications.

I'm always in a great mood before I get there and then I get slapped with the largest copay I've ever had in my life. Not only do I have one copay I have two co-pays. This review isn't so much about the doctor but the money I have to spend to see him. The office staff is fine, friendly enough. It's just ridiculous the amount of money I have to spend to see him. I haven't spent enough time with him to write a review about him.

Dr Roberts is an exceptional physician who is empathic, kind, respectful, and skilled. I was treated for severe treatment-resistant depression using Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. I went from feeling extremely suicidal to having no suicidality at all. I am extremely grateful to have such a positive result and to be feeling so much better! Staff members, Jackie and Sapati were also respectful, kind, authentic, and genuinely helpful. They made me want to be there and want to get better.

First time visit, he was late to our appointment. He couldn't find the correct prescription so he sent in the wrong prescription and dosage... Unable to get ahold of him as well.

Been a patient for years. He’s a “bandaid” doc, and isn’t ever trying to fix anything. A few hollow, empty questions (the same each visit,) and your off to the pharmacy with a “new drug” he’d like you to try. Do your research at home before taking. If you have a question, or simply need something from the doc, you must come in and have his standard 15 min appt. yes, every appt, every patient- 15 min. Runs through his lines, sends a scrip and bills your insurance. All in a days work.

A 15 minute session's which the office calls Medication Management' is way too short in assessing a patient's needs. Cost of seeing him for 15min./ a concern. Not available through email or a phone call in a reasonable amount of time. I did not get a firm observation that he does his homework in dosage requirements for each individual patient How could you expect him to do that in 15 minutes. I'm sure Dr. Roberts has helped other people but I personally would not recommend him. Mahalo.
