I told the doctor that I had 38 years knowledge with my wife's care... he had to better me by interrupted me five times... Dr Tan started the conversation that he had 40 years experience in his field and I noticed that he's 45?

I was nervous about getting help at first. But Dr. Tan really is a calm, caring, understanding doctor. He listened to my concerns and discussed the options. Visit time is short, but he is super busy, and people should give the guy some slack. It can't be easy having hundreds of other psychiatric patients to listen to.

Having been a pt of Dr. Tan's for 5 years, outpatient and inpatient for 10 days, I would not recommend him for veterinary referral on Prozac. He is desultory, dismissive, lackadaisical and distracted. He pays little and only cursory attention to charts, allergies and history; gives zero credence to the patient's input and less to opinion. Inpatient, he is somewhat akin to a Hit & Run vehicular accident; happens so fast you didn't see it coming, not aware when it happens and much worse off after.
