not happy with Mdr
Not very comfortable. After I left I felt a bit confused. She wears a mask and that is great, but she does not speak up so you can hear the full conversation. She jumps around with where and what she wants to have you do. When I picked up my meds I found one that I know nothing about and has nothing to do with what I am going thru. I want a dr that can explain things better then her and when i leave the office I am clear of what to do and why.

LEFT PATIENT W NO REFILLS
She just replaced my Dr who left the practice. First appt. we discussed my meds for refills. She never said anything about not refilling any and said she'd call them in. A month later, when I went to get them, I am told she did not refill my hormones for hot flashes. I called her office, left a msg, and her MA called to say she doesn't 'feel comfortable' giving me my tried and true prescription that every other Dr. before had no problem with. Why didn't she discuss this with me at my appt? She left me with no refills, and no way of getting one. What kind of Dr would do this to their patient. BAD Dr, BAD communication, NO trust in her ability to be a good Dr. Found a new one. Too bad, I'd been with that medical group for over 10 years.
