Very disappointed
I want to start this off by saying that I loved Dr Laura Soler and my husband really loved Dr Lee sang. It has been very disappointing that both me and my husband had been patience at this office for over 12 years. When they decided to become conviva we were given very little notice that we were being dropped as patients. Apparently Blue Cross Blue shield isn't good enough for conviva. If I were able to switch to Humana or Medicare I would but it isn't a possibility for us. Because we were dropped as patients, my husband and I were forced to find another attending position in the Portland Texas area. The problem with that is that the other physicians in the area had very long waiting lists and we were unable to wait that long for our medical needs. We were only able to find bridgepoint medical which is run entirely by nurse practitioners. This posed to be a problem because they are unable to manage all of our medical needs. All I can say is that I now have a very bad taste in my mouth.

Conviva change
Let me start off by saying that Dr Lee Sang has been my primary for over 20 years and he has been great with both me and my dad. However, with the change over to the Conviva system thing have changed. I called in a prescription renewal on Jul 12th and made a follow up appointment for October. I called back on the 19th because I had heard nothing about the script and am now out of medication. I was told I would have to contact my provider to get it refilled. They did not inform me of this in the beginning and never bothered to call back with the request. It seems the system has changed and not for the good.Albert Roach

I want no other doctor for my primary doctor
Dr. Lee Sang has been my doctor for 10 years now. When you go there, you see him, not a 'doctor's helper' as one of my students described his dad. He takes his time and covers everything. I want no other for my primary doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Lee Sang, has been my doctor for 24 years. He's been very professional and cares about his patients. I thank God he came in my life, and now my wife and 2 children are his patients. I recommend him to anyone looking for a primary physician.
