Dr. Lim is a highly skilled doctor who I feel very lucky to have as my primary care physician. I like the fact that he shows a lot of care and concern for my medical needs and takes the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. My impression is that he is as professional, competent and courteous as they come, hence the well-deserved 5 star rating!

I recently began seeing Dr Jerome Lim and I think he is "best in class", and deserves a 5 star recommendation all the way. He listened to all my medical concerns, answered all my questions thoroughly and showed a real care and concern for my well-being. I highly recommend him for your medical needs!

While Dr. Lim is a very good Dr. getting someone on the telephone to cancel and reschedule an appt is inappropriate. I have been transferred three times, and then when I called back, asked to wait, and no one ever got back to me. Is this an appropriate way to treat patients? While it may not be the Dr's issue, it is most definitely those who set this system up, and it needs to be fixed!

Dr Lim takes the time to listen to concerns and focus on ones needs. He does not come in and write prescriptions but works with me to resolve a problem. He lets you know about test results and takes the time to review them with you. Compassionate and caring!
