Being nice isn't enough
I've been a patient of Dr Reeves for about 4 years now. I was very happy to be his patient because he was very pleasant, and seemed very knowledgeable about his work. I continued seeing Dr Reeves even though his treatments offered only temporary relief for my foot problem. My foot issues got so bad that it started affecting both feet, and nothing changed about his treatments it was always the same thing. Outdated treatments, facility, and unprofessional staff working at the front desk. I decided to apply for intermittent leave at work, so that when my foot became inflamed I can call out and not be penalized and jeopardize my job. Dr Reeves charges $30 to fill out paperwork, and on top of that my paperwork was incomplete. When I asked him to complete it instead of just filling out what he thought was "relevant" to my condition (his words), he said no. I wasted $30 to be denied my claim because of incomplete paperwork.
