Starting at the front desk, the ladies are always very friendly and professional. Dr. Switch and all his medical staff always make me feel comfortable and explain clearly procedures and options. They are very patient and answer all my questions. I told my husband how great they are so he started seeing Dr Switch 3 years ago and continues to see him. Really appreciate their professionalism!!

I'm so happy with my cataract surgery by Dr. Switch!! He and his staff are really great!! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. I will highly recommend Switch Eye Center to anyone who has cataracts. Not wearing glasses anymore is awesome but seeing so clearly after so many years is truly a pleasure I will enjoy it for the rest of my life!!

Dr.Switch is amazing in his field. I have many eye problems. I had Acute Right Angle Glaucoma, in which he did surgery and it's gone. I had cataracts he recently did surgery on those. In one eye I was blind and the other one was ready. He removed them both. I had no pain for any of my procedures. I had a eye stroke and dry eyes. He referred me to a wonderful doctor to help with that.I also have Occular Retinal Disease and Maccular Degeneration . I should be blind, but I am not. I can read, drive, and live a normal life. I will always have to see a doctor to keep a eye on all my conditions. But I couldn't have picked a more caring individual and staff. I highly recommend them. Ty everyone that has helped me!

The whole routine works for me very well… The appointment is always accommodating by phone… The appointment reminder call appreciated also… Check in is a breeze and they usually are close to seeing you on time… The conversation with Dr Switch is informative asyou can ask him any questions and the answers will be understandable … When the procedure is finished he will explain what he has found and what he has done to correct the problems … Again he is happy to answer any questions and will tell you what’s next

I have been going to this office for a number of years. Everything was great. Until, Dec 2021. The office is very rude and They don't want to answer any questions. If you ask questions about a test, You are a problem. I asked for Dr. Rasansky to call me because I was getting nowhere with the staff. He finally called me, He just kept talking over me and never apologized for his rude Manager. Just kept over talking me. This place is treating patients like they should have no questions. Dr. Rasansky never answered my concerns. They are also, Giving me the run around about giving me a copy of my records. Everyone there tells you something different!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Switch for awhile. I recently underwent cataract surgery and could not be happier! He went through the various options for replacement lenses and I’m thrilled with my vision. It’s so good, I can even thread a new with no glasses! He was very attentive and thorough during the surgeries and follow up care. I highly recommend him!

My mother came in for testing and scheduling for cataract surgery on Wednesday. Everyone bent over backwards to get me the documentation needed since she lives in an assisted living. She was also treated with great respect. Thank you to the office of Dr. Switch.

I was a minus 12 in both eyes from the time I was a child, when I became an adult I decided to have the laser PK surgery done.
