Very rude man and spoke down to my wife and I

After going to urgent care twice with neck pain and tingling in my limbs, I made an appointment with Dr. Bauer. I was prescribed physical therapy and muscle relaxers along with X-ray/MRI. Blue Cross declined the MRI because the secretary didn't submit any of the prior treatments.After starting PT I had some pain in my spine after the 2nd session and called the office and was told to continue physical therapy you can't talk to the dr, go to the emergency room if the pains gets bad. Then I talk to Dr Bauer who says, go to a Pain Clinic if I needed pain meds to get through it. So I go to pain clinic, the dr said stronger muscle relaxers was all he could legally prescribe without an MRI. So I told him I'll just stick with what I'm prescribed. So now I had the X-ray done which showed the need for an MRI to rule out cord compression. I been waiting over a week for a return call from the dr on whether to continue with the PT, I asked for a nurse or anyone else and was told no other doctors or

Dr. Bauer saved my career! I had a 4 level c-spine fusion for severe spinal stenosis from arthritic changes. Other neurosurgeons diagnosed me with something different that would have ended my career and severely limited my mobility. Kind, compassionate and caring.

20 years ago I broke my neck and Dr. Bauer removed three vertebrae. This was before high tech was high tech. I am still walking, talking, and enjoying a life that was almost taken away from me. You would be lucky to experience this dedicated surgeon.
