I scheduled a visit with Dr. Fletcher in June 30. I confirmed visit several times via text message. I showed up early and was checked-in. After waiting 30 minutes, he sent someone in to meet with me and my kid to explain that he couldn’t meet with me because the referral came from someone within Acsension but not within the office. They told me I would need first need to schedule a visit with someone in the office (and it couldn’t be done virtually) and then they would do a referral. So many hoops…and now I have to wait another month for the visit. He could have visited with my kid and could have found a way to get him in quicker. I understand now why he has such awful public reviews,

This horrible man saved me from my eating disorder. He made me feel so alone and undeserving that I thought that if I didn’t get better then my family would hate me. I would never recommend this person to anyone. The only way that he helped me was by making me feel so isolated and unsafe that I had no choice but to build a better relationship with my mom in order to have the slightest sense of security. I beg anyone considering going him: please don’t. There are much better choices out there.
