Dr. Harvey has been my PCP for 15 years. I saw him or his nurse practioner. Then all of a sudden the end of December 2024/January 2025 a very rude person answered the phone. I don't even think she said her name. I was scheduling a regular every 3 month appointment like I have since 2010. She rudely tells me she doesn't know if Dr Harvey is going to see me. That I have missed to many appointments. I was explaining to her there was no way I had missed to many appointments because I have to see him for medication refills I've been on for over 25 years and my asthma issues I just starting having a few years ago. Plus the past several times I have seen his nurse practioner. She said let me check with doc and see. I then ask can you tell me how many appointments I've missed because I can't miss my appointments. And if I do have to reschedule I always call and even call if I'm going to be a few mins late. She then gets mad and without talking to doc says I'm sending you a certified letter in the mail. Which I've yet to receive and that was over a month 1/2 ago. Now I go to pharmacy to get refills and they cdnt even give me a few to do me until I could get ahold of the dr office because someone had denied them. Now these are psychiatric meds and meds for my asthma. I know facts the woman is a liar. And by chance if I missed and didn't call it was during the time my husband was in the hospital with a stroke he had in September 2024 and is still off work on short term disability. Now what this woman has against me I have no clue. But she is the most hateful and rudest person I have ever encountered at a drs office pr anywhere in customer service. I never received a certified letter stating Dr harvey or his nurse practioner weren't going to see me. I just got to the pharmacy to find they had denied my refills on psychiatric meds I've been on and need for atkeast 25 years. Dr Harvey I feel like there is something going on at your clinic that your not aware of. I can never talk to anyone even if someone else answers the phone this woman will get on the phone being rude. I don't know what her problem is. But I should be able to talk to you or your nurse practioner regarding this matter. This woman is messing with my mental status at this point. And I have no idea what has been said to you?? But this isn't right. I deserve a chance for us to talk and figure out what is going on. I try and even call and the phone rings n rings bur voicemail doesn't pick up. I thought I had a awesome PCP but for this to happen is unbelievable. Now you could have given me refills til I got into another PCP. But honestly I don't think Dr Harvey is aware of this situation.. so I'm hoping you or your nurse can get bk to me asap.

Dr Harvey has been me and my husband’s caring physician now for 14 years. He is very professional and caring with an excellent bedside manner. Dr Harvey takes whatever time he needs to with his patients to give them the level of care they need. His staff is also very polite, caring, and professional.

Dr Harvey and Heather APRN are both amazing. I can literately tell either of them anything about my health and not feel judged and feel like my concerns have been heard. The entire staff is amazing. I don't see how any one could have anything negative to say about this establishment.

The office staff are horrid. They should not be near people. They have forgotten why they are there. The medical staff are great We have been going to them for well over 5 years now. The office staff are rude and incompetent Good luck if something is wrong with you, this is the wrong guy.

Dr. Harvey is fine but his patient relations staff is horrible. A few months ago my husband went in for TMJ issues and after multiple attempts to find relief his front office told my husband he should go to a chiropractor to solve the problem. She was not a medical personnel and should not be making recommendations . Today my daughter who is in college called to get a refill and when she asked questions about the process the same person Tasha told her to find another doctor if she did not like it and then hung up. This is unacceptable.

Saw Dr. Harvey for what was thought to be a possible bladder infection. A urine culture was performed & was placed on antibiotics prior to the culture being completed to get relief. AB's didn't help, returned, inquired about the effectiveness of the AB's used on the particular infection that I had. Dr stated he thought the meds should've helped. After 4 rounds of AB's saw a urologist. Urologist asked for culture results from Dr Harvey. Culture was neg. never had bladder infection. Transferred
