Very Bad Experience, Dr Not Good look Reviews before scheduled appointment in this clinic.

I visited 3 times. All appointments were over 45 minutes after scheduled time. First 2 met with a non doctor assistant. Finally met with Tan and it was quick, he’d made up his mind long before entering the room. Follow up appointment was scheduled via web call. Front office refused to connect call over a delayed $56 payment to them. I was disputing my annual maximum with insurance. F this place.

Made my husband wait over an hour to be seen. They must have overbooked their patients, it is very inconsiderate. 1 star.

The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Waited four months for an appointment. I arrived on time in the morning. After 90 minutes of waiting was placed in a room with another patient. Then waited another 20 minutes. Jesse Tan never got out of the chair to examine me. Told me I needed a hospital surgery and requested a pathology. I got one and sent it over. They confirmed receipt two weeks later after I called multiple times. I never heard from Jesse Tan or his office again. Called them multiple times speaking to Nathan who said he'd make sure the doctor knew my information was in but refused to give me a time when the doctor might contact me. That was four months ago and never heard from anyone in his office. I had the procedure somewhere else. This guy was a waste of time and money.

Terrible staff. Any issues are not handled and it will snowball. You will end up doing their job. It was horrible. He won’t care about this. Too busy stacking up those surgeries. Save yourself the trouble and find some one else. When you go to someone else you will find out that he has a bad reputation and this same thing is reported to the next dr by multiple people.

best ENT MD..has done two procedures on me. I feel very Lucky to have found Dr Tan. New office is beautiful and efficient. Highly Recommended

For more than 10 years Dr Tan had performed 3 procedures on my nose and throat. He is very personable and has an excellent beside manner (unlike some doctors). He answered all questions I asked and some I didn't think to ask. He is just the best in his specialty. I absolutely will recommend him to anyone who needs an ENT provider.

Dr. Tan is an excellent physician. He is has a good nature, practical and mellow personality, is very dedicated to his patients, and makes scary diagnoses seem manageable. I'm very pleased he was my mom's surgeon. Highly recommended. RE: the above review, the furniture may be outdated, but we weren't there for an office tour :-)

The dirty waiting room looks like the Munsters had a garage sale, furnished with creepy old orange tufted furniture. It confirms how little regard they have for their patients. The exam rooms are equally filthy, the equipment is covered in years of dust, and there are cardboard boxes of old junk stuck everywhere. The doctor has a nice voice, and that's about it. The staff was all very friendly, but seem scared to death. Somebody awful is running this place. Stay away.
