She is the worst
She made me lose all trust with medical providers. She was very disrespectful, and did not take me seriously. She told me that my illness was not a big deal. I have lost my car, my home, my health, my 800 credit score, and my career but I just need to get on with my life.Ummm, okkkk...

I remember when Dr. Bossie was a part of Barre Family Health Center some years past: I required an Office Visit and was scheduled for surgery in arriving weeks. Dr. Bossie put me directly at ease as we spoke of our collegiate experiences and perspectives. Her demeanor was disarming and perceptive both at the same time - not easy to do when a patient is semi-fearful about surgery ahead! Being a tennis player/golfer/fisherman in winter months, I had my issues clarified by her knowledge near-immediately and I was duly impressed all the same. You see, I myself am a physician, retired early and enjoying Life - and despite what some say ... that "Doctors make poor patients" ... that simply isn't true. Again, in summation: Dr. Bossie is knowledgeable, has great chairside demeanor, excellent listener and seeks to find common ground at all times. I liked that about her very much!

It was a very hectic time when the UMass staff said that I could be seen by her on short notice: I had impending shoulder surgery soon to be undergone -to make a shorter story more compact, I was able to speak w/her about my concerns while she provided care immediately! Great listener! As she so eloquently puts it - " Some doctors lead, some follow, but few walk side-by-side w/their patients" and listen to them closely. I'd go back to her in a heartbeat! Empathy. Caring. Could I ask for more ?!?
