I am always so impressed with Dr. Diethelm! She consistently addresses any issue I have and provides me with solid answers that I can rely on. I trust her implicitly and rely on her experience and expertise. She is the kindest doctor I have ever worked with and I am so grateful to her for so much. What a blessing she is!

Been with Dr. D for quite a few years and just LOVE her!! Friendly, attentive, patient, caring, and spot on 100% when she suspects somethings going on. Plan on keeping her as my doctor for as long as shes in practice!!!

My job told me I needed a letter from a doctor to return to work and sent me to Rush. I had a phone call with Jessica Diethelm that lasted less than 2 min and she was flippant and rude. She literally said "Why would you call a doctor you have never met before, that doesn't make any sense." I don't have a primary care doctor and just needed to get back to work amid the covid craziness. I called my insurance and she charged me for an office visit? I was charged over $200 dollars....

I had my physical exam for the first time with Dr. Diethelm and find her to be an excellent physician. Dr. Diethelm is very competent, patient, caring, and has great people skills. I highly recommend her.

I regret ever going to this doctor. After being very specific about my medical history, this doctor lack the detail and willingness to investigate my medical issue. The final visit was treated with disregard, lack of information regarding my medical history and a bias attitude towards the abdominal pain I was experiencing. In fact, she poke my hernia and giggled. I went to the ER, begged for a CT Scan and everything changed for me. I required emergency colon surgery-8hrs, I could have died.
