Dr. Jessica Fiorelli, MD

She is stepped in as my Dr is away for the delivery of my second child. She provided critical medical advice for me which lead to a successful VBAC delivery which is no small decision. She is knowledgeable and communicate effectively and professionally. I’m really glad that she was the attending doctor for me.

I had scheduled an IUD removal and annual. The whole appointment lasted under 5 minutes. She seemed to be in a huge rush... Didn't feel very comforting, felt like I was laughed at.

Had her fill in for my regular doctor during the holidays. She seemed in a rush to be somewhere else, although there was no one in the waiting area.I prepared my questions ahead of time so they were as succinct as can be, but she cut me off each time with brusk, condescending and dismissive responses. On balance, perhaps her manners could be great in corrective law enforcement. But it’s not appropriate as an OB for women during their most vulnerable time. Unless you want to leave feeling confused, slighted and even a bit laughed at.

I do NOT recommend Dr. Jessica Fiorelli. She was extremely lacking in bedside manner and uninformative. All she did was ask me what questions I had and took a quick look at the baby via ultrasound. This is my first pregnancy, so I have no idea what questions to ask. I left feeling like I knew nothing about what was going on with my body or my baby. Additionally, her office staff has been extremely frustrating to deal with. There was not once a time I called that I didn’t get hung up accidentally or placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I spent over 3 months trying to resolve a billing issue and finally gave up and paid the charges because I didn’t want it to go to collections. The staff person who said she would resolve the issue just stopped responding to me. You can find better care and a better experience elsewhere. Don’t settle and don’t trust your care with Dr. Fiorelli.

Dr Fiorelli is caring, gentle, knowledgeable, thorough and understanding as well as incredibly easy to talk to. My appointments are never rushed and she is very attentive to my needs and questions. She is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her.

Love her! I have been going to Dr. Fiorelli for at least a decade now. She took over from my previous specialist. I find her to be really smart, caring, concerned with a great sense of humor. I have always been able to reach her for any problems or issues. Blame the Insurance companies for the 15 minute quickie visit, not the Doctor.

I find Dr. Fiorelli wholly dismissive, rushed, and lacking concern especially if you aren't actively pregnant. I wanted her to simply check if there was an infection coming from my IUD. She told me she saw the strings and she never performed a pap test. I had scheduled this follow up with Dr. Fiorelli because I was very sick, had lots of odd symptoms that I had seen many doctors about and was doing numerous tests for. I was hoping that she could help identify the cause. Instead, I had to change OBs, the new one found an infection and my symptoms turned out to be leukemia. I was completely dismissed and her rushed presence including bouncing her legs and darting out the room made me feel like a hypochondriac when really I was days away from the ER. The hospital OBs removed my IUD to prepare me for my low immunity associated with the forthcoming chemo.

We were very disappointed in the care we received from Dr. Fiorelli. During a moment of great need in the second trimester, she dismissed our multiple urgent calls to her office relaying symptoms of bleeding and cramping, and passed a message that we did not need an in-person visit. When the situation became an emergency the next day, she did not come to the hospital. In the aftermath, she called and apologized, saying maybe she should have listened, and expressed regret at not having taken our initial calls more seriously. She seemed genuinely shaken, and promised the hospital would conduct a full review of what occurred. But by then it was too late.

This review is long overdue. I sincerely hope it will help someone else avoid the profound disappointment, anxiety, and discomfort I experienced with Dr. Fiorelli as my OB for my first pregnancy. I’ll start with the good. Dr. Fiorelli is not overly concerned with much, which can feel comforting for someone like myself who has gone through serious medical issues in the past. She is also very knowledgeable. Personality-wise, she is funny and blunt. This works for me in a friend, but not in a doctor. Dr. Fiorelli seemed like someone I clicked with and could work with, but that started to change pretty early in my pregnancy. She was too blunt, often dismissed my concerns, and wouldn’t give me straight answers. I felt annoying for having questions and concerns, meanwhile I almost never called in-between appointments. When I mentioned that I might hire a doula, she got angry and defensive. I didn’t feel respected or heard by her, and visits became very anxiety provoking.

I love her, she is patient, knowledgeable and a great doctor.

I can not speak highly enough regarding Dr. Fiorelli. I was post-menopausal and she got my "lady parts" in "tip top" working condition. She did this with compassion and care for both my well-being and my sexual health. She is absolutely fabulous. My boyfriend even sent a "thank you note with job well done"! Thank you Dr. Jessica Fiorelli!

Caring, calm, and seriously intelligent. Dr Fiorelli delivered my son in 2015, and I can't imagine going through this pregnancy with any other doctor. She was always there with a tissue when I cried or a joke when I was feeling blue. She paid strict attention to my personal needs, and gave me medical advice that felt beneficial to me -- not just the cookie cutter "do this, not that" runaround that many doctors rattle through with patients. She's one of the good ones.

Dr. Fiorelli needs a few classes in appropriate bedside manners esp when dealing with pregnant women.

Love this doctor. She gave me confidence and really helped me through the process of having my baby. Her office and staff are wonderful and I never had to wait long to be seen.

I saw Dr. Fiorelli before having a baby and throughout my recent delivery. She's always there, answers questions, and is so personable. She constantly puts me at ease and responds quickly, never making me feel like my questions are silly. She's given me great care and I frequently recommend her to friends.

Dr. Fiorelli is a great doctor, I enjoy our visits, she was great all throughout my pregnancy and was even better when it came time to deliver my daughter, without her I am not sure I would have been able to pull through. She is easy to get along with and talk to.

Dr. Fiorelli was my primary OB/GYN while I was preganant with both of my children. I was lucky enough to have her actually deliver my 1st child. Dr. Fiorelli is a wonderful doctor -- she always made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and was professional yet friendly. I love the nurses and staff at her various locations as well.
