Attentive and Interested
I am past menopause and it's been obvious that many gynecologists do not pay attention to women who are not of childbearing age. Dr. Jones listened to my problem and seemed genuinely interested in helping.

Clueless
I understand that appointments will run behind- she is an obstetrician as well as gyn, but EVERY visit was delayed at least one hour. And EVERY time I would go in for simple lab work, the nice ladies in the lab would have to track her down because she either miscoded the lab work needed or never signed off on labs she ordered the previous visit. Nice enough doctor, but lacks in knowledge of how her own office runs.

Best Dr. I ever had
Dr. Jones is so incredibly professional, patient and kind. She never judges and you always feel heard and never rushed. I wish more doctors would be like her. Since she became my OBGYN, all the anxieties about my appointments have disappeared.

Dr. Jones is who you want delivering your baby! She delivered my daughter. From early labor to postpartum, her and her staff have been more wonderful than I can put into words. I’m so thankful.

Dr. Jones was very cool under pressure as I came into an emergency appointment to find out I was in labor. She helped me stay calm while explaining that the baby was not tolerating labor and we had to act fast. Thankful that I was able to get an appointment within an hour because baby was born 2 hours after the appointment time. Dr. Jones was awesome and encouraging after delivery as well.

I can't say enough about Dr. Jones. My husband and I are trying to conceive but are having some difficulty. I've seen two OB-GYNs before Dr. Jones who were distant and showed no compassion for my delicate situation. From the beginning, Dr. Jones sat down with me for well over 45 minutes discussing our options, how we wanted to approach this journey, etc. She has never failed to take the time to make me feel as though I am her priority and that she is truly concerned about me as her patient.
