Dr. Jessica Kelner, DO

This 'doctor' was available through telehealth via the 'Doctor on Demand' app until she recently left. I don't know if she was fired or if she quit, but I can safely tell you that she did not provide the care anyone would expect. She was rude and condescending and wouldn't listen to what I was telling her I was experiencing with my body. A week after I met with her and she refused to give me antibiotics. I was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and I was in the ICU for over a week on life-support. Had she listened to me sooner maybe I wouldn't have gone through such a traumatic event. Do not trust this girl. She's a nightmare to the medical industry and should have her licenses revoked.

Dr. Kelner didn't listen to my concerns and was very condescending. I have hard time believing any positive reviews based on how she treated me. Do yourself a favor and keep looking.

Dr. Kelner was judgmental and condescending towards me. She made her own assumptions and treated based on those rather than listening to what I was saying. Poor patient care, I would not recommend this provider.

Terrible lier, doesn't know anything about Healthcare should have never be licensed to offer medical services

Dr. Kelner took the extra time to figure out what was causing the problem, and she treated it. I highly recommend her. Great doctor who definitely cares.

Dr.Kelner has by far been the most easily approachable doctor I have met. Not before has any doctor been available by phone call or text at nearly all hours of the day, nor has offered their own personal time of the day in aid of my health. What I generally expect to be a 20 minute appointment with a doctor that ends with a useless diagnosis and prescription, ended up being a nearly two hours excursion that left me with vital information pertaining to my back pain. A must see if you have pain!

Dr. Kelner is fantastic. After being in the US Navy for 9 years and seeing random physicians, Dr. Kelner took a true interest in my issues and made sure that I was able to function at 100%! She is an absolute master of her craft and is very knowledgeable. Dr. Kelner steers away from prescribing "band-aiding" drugs, rather she uses the approach of getting to the root cause! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Kelner to ANYONE!! Such a phenomenal practitioner!
