The tender nature of my doctor's care and attention has always been comforting. Jessica has a magnificent way of speaking about hard truths with eloquent precision. And for that I thank you.

She always makes me feel welcome, and at ease no matter what we are discussing. My daughter was with me that day, and Dr. Lehrfeld welcomed questions from her about my health, and answered her questions honestly and entirely. Dr. Lehrfeld is the best primary physician I've ever had!

Doctor rushes, dislikes questions, incomplete care
She's probably a nice person but as a patient, I'm expected to provide no ancillary information or ask about other treatment possibilities. She becomes offended. My 40 min appt lasted less than 10 minutes, which seems usual. I left never having discussed the blood clot in my leg or the large lump on my head from falling. She just never returned to the room. I had talked at length with a pharmacist about a possible medication and she just disagreed and wouldn't hear another expert's opinion. I felt shamed like a child.

Doesn't want to listen to genetic testing or symptoms. All issues are underplayed instead of listened too. I have serious help issues and just started seeing her. As a result. She cuts me off won't listen to my concerns. Not offended any testing. Refused to put correct diagnosis on my chart. But mis quotes me every apt. Took my 3 apts 4 emails just to get my meds refilled and for her to listen that something is wrong with my back. Least helpful clinic I have ever seen. Asking for a specialist to rule out or confirm something showing in blood work and symptoms I'm ignored treated like a hypochondriac when I genuinely have chronic degenerative diease. She refuses to acknowledge it, none the less try to figure out treatment.

My wife has a tumor behind her eye that will be removed at OHSU. As part of this process, she was asked to designate a primary care physician. Having not had contact with a doctor for many years, I went to Dr. Lehrfeld's office to see if she would see my wife, who has Tricare as her insurance. This happened several weeks ago. My wife was accepted by Dr. Lehrfeld's office. Yesterday, my wife got a call informing her that Dr. Lehrdeld, as of June 1, 2021 no longer takes Tricare. I made the appointment after June 1, 2021 and several weeks have gone by. No, No, No I would not recommend this Provider. Why would my wife be accepted, have a month go by and then be told her insurance was not accepted? Is there any wonder that people don't trust the system? I am a RN and part of my job is to give the best care AND INFORMATION possible. My wife gets TRICARE because of my retired military status. If you respond, which isn't likely, do me the courtesy of NOT thanking me for my service.

I like that she looks at the whole person and tries first to offer homeopathy solutions if there's not a medicinal solution or for added therapy.

I would hope that most doctors enjoy helping their patients. Unfortunately, Dr. Lehrfeld made me feel belittled and uncared for. She rushed me through my appointments, didn't take time to address my questions and never even told me what my results were for an X-ray and MRI. When I had multiple medical issues regarding two separate problems, I was told I needed to make two separate appointments. She also changed my prescription without telling me why. Very disappointed in her lack of care.
