Dr. Jessica Miller, MD

I saw Dr. Jenkins in early February. She said at my 'age' I was too old to bleed - even though I am within the normal age for menopause to occur and my last cycle was 8 months prior and had been very sporadic for 3 years - indicating I am well on my way. I set up my mammogram and bone density testing, within three weeks of my visit. MyChart posted results of both tests within a couple of days. I was called regarding results for the mammogram immediately; but, there was no follow-up on the bone density testing until April. Then, without explanation or even being told, I was referred to the orthopedic surgery department at St Clair for follow-up to my bone density results. But, when they called to set up an appointment, I had absolutely no idea WHY or WHO I was being referred to orthopedic surgery (honestly, still don't understand the reasoning - as my primary said I should have been referred to an endocrinologist). She's left the state. I hope she does better at her next practice.
