Superb Experience
I have seen Dr. Moskovitz 7 times now over a 3 year period. She is always on time; patiently and attentively listens; discusses our options; explains the treatment plan; and asks if I have any questions. Her hands are gentle and steady when it comes to nasal and ear procedures. She is simply one of the best physicians I have ever seen. Highly recommend.

Appointment
I had an appt. today, 04/06/2022, and about 30 minutes before my appt. Dr. Moskovitz office called and I was told that I would have to wait until 04/21/2022, for an audio test. I explained that I was in a great deal of pain with my ear, which fell on deaf ears! Does the Hippocratic Oath even exist anymore?! Thank God and thankfully, West Jeff was able to schedule an appointment along with the audio test the same day of the appointment!

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Moskovitz and her staff. There was a car accident leading to me being late 5 minutes, and her staff were incredibly rude and said Dr. Moskovitz wouldn’t see me. After driving 30 minutes to this location and having horrible ear pain, neither the doctors nor nurses would see me or talk to me to ease my concerns. I will never come to this office or Dr. Moskovitz again.

One star, but really NO stars. Awful experience. Was not interested in listening to what I had to say. Terrible uncaring attitude. Stay FAR FAR FAR away. If you read this learn some compassion. Listen to you patients. Your are not as smart as you think you are.
