Dr. Jessica Ridgley, DO

Dr. Ridgley is an osteopathic physician who has skills in osteopathic manipulative treatment and this is a unique service to find in healthcare. Unfortunately, this is the only reason I would recommend someone to go see her. She has room for improvement in her patient care skills. I had a visit with her recently that ended up being the worst I have ever experienced by a physician for a wellness exam. She talks too much about herself and doesn't really seem interested in getting to know her patients or their needs. She asked me no history questions other than verifying my meds. Her exam was very cursory limited to head, heart, lungs (for a wellness exam). I am confident she is capable of better if she put forth more effort to actually get to know her patient's needs. The office was poorly run and communication between her and staff had several hiccups. The doc was running 1 hour late, and the staff had the nerve to complained about drawing my blood because they were running behind!

I had just been in hospital with a serious (frightening) pulmonary embolism. My follow up visit with Dr. Ridgley was thorough, including the first half with her excellent staff who caught her up with the details of my situation, so she was well-prepped to use her time with me most efficiently.

Incredibly professional… Has a great way of putting me at ease and seems to take a very personal approach in discussing my healthcare. I recommend her highly

Dr. Ridgley is great. She spends a lot of time with her patients, and is dedicated to creating a plan for better health. However, her office staff and practices are a deal-breaker. You can't get a sick appointment for 3 weeks, her staff (nurses) don't call back. Not a great option for a primary healthcare provider.

I had gone to urgent care twice with very few suggestions. I went to see Dr. Ridgley and she listened, checked me out, and told me what she would suggest trying and how long I’d have to do it. One day and there’s already improvement.

Dr. RIDGLEY is so competent and thorough. I am so glad I found her. Her assistant, Lesley, is so nice, friendly and efficient.

Dr. Ridgley and staff are always caring and compassionate..The staff works well together and is on time. Dr. Ridgley listens and always helps with whatever the problem may be.

Continuing my prior rating of Dr. Ridgley... -- Today I had a physical appointment scheduled with Dr. Ridgley. In the days prior, I received robo-texts and robo-voice mails on my cell phone – the contact method listed in my Healow account – confirming the appointment. I arrived to find that my appointment had been cancelled and that a message had been left the day porior on number not listed in my Healow health record. No call – human or robo – was placed to my cell phone. Again, the office staff was as curt as usual, going into a diatribe about how the doctor didn’t do physicals at the time and for the duration of my appointment. If this was the case, why did they accept the appointment and why wait until the last minute to notify me? Dr. Ridgley, this review does not speak to your medical prowess. However, this rating speaks to your ownership of the behaviors of your non-medical team given their role in the complete medical experience. I look forward to moving post-haste.

As a new patient, I was pleasently surprised to receive the wonderful, caring attention and time that Dr. Ridgley and her staff gave me. The office was very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Ridgley to anyone looking for a great healthcare checkup.

In another state I have had many surgeries in a world renowned Med Center with expert physician specialists. Upon moving to Colorado, and based on a mental and physical need to be active, my high level priority was to find a high level Internal Medicine physician. It took months but I found perhaps the most knowledgeable and professional physician I have ever met. She listens, answers all questions, let’s me make suggestions however politely remains the doctor. Her concerns and treatments are for my health not just satisfying my opinions and requests. Sooo fortunate to have found this doctor. It took me months to write a review. Not because I had not determined her qualifications to meet my medical needs but I lselfishly decided that soon, it might take months to get an appointment with her. There will be a time that she won’t be able to take new patients, of that I am positive.

Dr Ridgley carefully compared my list of medications with my fasting blood test and made recommendations and updates based on current information.

She is great and is very thorough. Great bedside manor

I met Dr. Ridley for the first time and was very much impressed. She was very thorough and very pleasant. I would not only recommend her but the entire staff. The receptionist are delightful and helpful. Megan the PA saw me this week and she to was very good. She made me feel very comfortable. I would see her again anytime as well. Then there is Jason the nurse. I have known him now for several years. He is one of the main reasons I loved to go to Lone Tree Internal Medicine. He greets you with a smile and really makes you feel special.

This was my first visit. She was very attentive & made several useful suggestions. Dr. Jessica spent a generous amount of time with me. I am looking forward to experiencing some of her physical manipulations to possibly relieve some knee pain.

My entire family loves Dr. Ridgley and her staff. She is very attentive and thorough and responds promptly to take care of all our medical needs. She’s such a good listener and explains everything very well while taking all the time necessary. Never rushed. We never have to wait more than 5 minutes before being seen. We are very pleased to have her as our primary care physician and highly recommend her. A special shoutout to Jason! He makes visiting the doctor a pleasant experience and not something to dread. Love this practice and all the staff.

Dr. Ridgley and her MA Angel are great! They are very efficient, caring and knowledgeable. I feel very comfortable there and that they really care about my welfare. I would recommend them to anyone!!
