Dr. Jessica Sawinski, DO

Visiting this provider is always wonderful. She takes time to listen to me and offers her insights. She educates and helps to the best of her ability and is all around very nice to be around. I would highly recommend her.

This review is based on my experience over several appointments. Dr. Sawinski can be pleasant and seems eager to do what I would call administrative work, such as finding an outside specialist. She sometimes inexplicably cuts corners, such as not examining my leg when it had cellulitis and folliculitis, leaving me to treat it alone, and not following up. She disregarded the physical symptoms my household members experienced after an accidental toxic re-exposure and declined to investigate or discuss scientific facts. I documented the crime that caused the initial exposure in messaging. She then had a nonmedical employee make an unscheduled call to say that the toxins were not real and that the symptoms were psychological, insisting on a psychology referral. I declined and insisted on coping with facts, objecting to misleading terms used in records versus accurate terms. She acknowledged inaccurate terms but didn't correct them. She changed her story about the referral. I ended care.

I visited Jessica Sawinski for my annual well-check for the first time in September 2022. All the blood tests were supposed to be under routine screening and covered by insurance. I had never paid for my routine blood works with any of the physicians i visited before. I have restless leg syndrome, and my legs ache at night. So I complained about my leg aches. I also showed a concern about upper abdominal pain. She suggested ultrasound, which i knew will I will have to pay myself, and i agreed. But I didn't know that mentioning abdominal pain will cost me dollars. What she did was, ordered a list of blood tests, and put all of them as diagnostic tests, and never warned me. After a few weeks, i received a huge bill, in which I have to pay for all the blood tests, which were supposed to be routine screening as usual. I am billed for physician cost too. I called Jessica but she refused to change it, and now I have to pay for my physical exam. Please be aware if you are planning to visit
