Excellent and Caring
Dr. Schultz treated my mother for the last three years of her life through her journey with progressive dementia. She worked very diligently to help her stay alert and functioning for as long as possible. Dr. Shultz was so caring, compassionate and gentle with my mother also. Her nursing staff and front desk staff were also very kind and caring. They always greeted my mother and treated her with the utmost respect. I highly recommend Dr. Shultz.

Best Neurologist anywhere with world class credentials. I did look at her negative reviews and had a good laugh since they were clearly left by her competitor. There is a naughty guy in town that does that kind of thing. He posted a few on the other neurologist's as well.

The office staff is very rude and will shout your personal medical details in a waiting room. After 5 years of treatment and finally getting some answers I was ghosted. They refused to review the medical tests they ordered. I called for over a month and every time I called I was told someone would call me back. Never happened. The office staff hung up on me because I was crying about how much pain I am in and how much I need those results. Please do not be fooled by these people.

Incompetent. Uses outdated test equipment, does not schedule follow-up appointments, Under-diagnoses & misdiagnoses conditions frequently. Nursing staff rude. Had to switch doctors. I have serious neurological problems, and she missed all of them. I've talked to four other people with similar experiences, including badly done testing that was dangerous to the patient. Posting to help protect others from the risk of having her as a doctor.

She "fired" me as a patient because I didn't go to appointments. My short term memory was farrrr worse then than it is now. I had no idea about appointments and don't think she knew what was wrong besides "crazy". She also put me on Lyrica which zoned me out but didn't stop the headaches then upped it. I wouldn't take it making me non-compliant? Very few Neuro's in WF I'd put my money on and I need one NOW but who?

Her receptionist put me on hold and transferred me to the scheduling dept. She picked up the phone and said, "Dr. Schultz has reviewed your file and because you've seen Dr. Bartel and you were involved in a motor vehicle accident, Dr. Schultz is refusing to take you as a patient." I told her I wasn't driving, a car ran through my house. She said, "You were in a motor vehicle accident and we don't have to take you as a patient if we don't want to. It's a free country." Rude and unprofessional.
