Very unsatisfied with Dr. Sheah
From the very first visit I felt unwelcome and unheard. I always felt like a bother when asking questions. I wanted to give it some time to see if I received the help I needed, so I stayed with her over a year but the last visit cut the last straw. I am changing to someone else, hopefully we can get the help we need.

she is absolutely unprofessional
if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. What kind of medical professional does not listen to the concerns of a parent? what kind of medical professional is incompetent and does not provide adequate answers to questions of a parent? what kind of medical professional walks out of an appointment because they are being questioned about their incompetence to affectively communicate? absolutely horrendous service. she is tactless and unprofessional. horrible "Doctor"

Wonderful first experience and responsive to questions, concerns, and to follow-up calls. So far very pleased, and our daughter responded to her and her staff well.

Dr. Sheah is absolutely wonderful. She always takes her time to really make sure that my daughter is getting the care that she needs and that I fully understand everything going on. She is readily available even after hours most times, and always has called me back if I need to call to ask questions or if I have concerns about my daughter’s seizures. She also always takes her time in appointments with us, I never feel rushed and she always makes me feel heard.
