Oh my gosh. Dr. Ulrich was AMAZING! She spent time talking directly with my daughter, asking follow-up questions based on my daughters tears and concerns, and set a positive, hope filled plan. She also answered ALL my questions without rushing either one of us.

We had the best experience with Dr. Ulrich! She was a great listener and asked great follow up questions. My son felt very comfortable with her. Dr. Ulrich did a thorough job explaining what was going on and even drew pictures to help explain what was going on in my son's body. We both felt great about the plan and she made sure he understood what he needed to do.
