Dr. Jessica Valenti, MD

Dr. Valenti shows genuine interest in her patients. Other family and friends also have her as their Primary Care doctor. She is careful to recheck anything she questions as concerning or inaccurate, ex. BP. All of my bloodwork and current meds are reviewed. She has referred me to excellent doctors for further medical diagnosis and treatment. She answers all questions concerning symptoms, medications, and prescriptions, ensuring all are renewed. I recommend Dr. Jessica Valenti as a highly qualified, compassionate, thorough Primary Care, Family Medicine physician.

There was a 10 minute grace period and I was stuck in traffic. I was in the office 10 minutes late. The front desk decided to say I was 11 so they wouldn’t have to see me. I have been so kind with them because they have had to reschedule me multiple times. Do not go here do not see Dr. Jessica Valenti. I have had to work around her schedule for cancellations but she would not even honor her 10 minute window. The front desk worker was inconsiderate and did not inform the doctor I walked in at the 10 minute mark as well.

She deliberately defamed Me by putting in my medical records I was a drug user when the only drug I've ever used is marijuana and I have a marijuana card I went to the hospital with severe injury to my knee they would not prescribe me anything for pain because on my medical records it said I was a drug user I don't drink and I don't use drugs she made me suffer more than any human being should ever have to suffer

Great time wise— did not wait long, was quick to see me once I was in the room. Took time to get to know me a bit and answered all my questions

On March 17th, I made an appointment with Dr. Valenti. The earliest I could see Dr. Valenti was May 18th, but I could call back to check on cancelations and possibly be seen sooner. After a few weeks of calling, I was able to move my appointment up to May 4th. On May 3rd, Dr. Valenti canceled my appointment due to a family emergency. I was told I needed to reschedule my appointment. The earliest available appointment for me was in October. I asked if Dr. Valenti would make an exception since I had already waited 6 weeks to see her. My options were to wait until October, call to check on cancellations or see another doctor if I didn't want to wait. Dr. Valenti does not appreciate her patients or their time.

I have been seeing Dr. Valentí for over 5 years and she always been very caring. I trust and recommend her her as a primary physician.
