Great Experience!
I appreciated the time Dr. Williams took to answer all of my questions. In the hospital, her bedside manner was wonderful - very caring and called to follow-up afterwards. Showed concern, compassion and empathy. She was very kind and patient when my daughter joined me on an appointment before the surgery to ask questions.

Amazing doctor
Dr. Williams was one of the 3 doctors I saw throughout my pregnancy. My C-section was scheduled with someone else but due to severe preeclampsia, I had to have my baby 5 weeks early. It was a very scary experience - the urgency to get the baby out, both of our lives at risk. Dr. Williams works beautifully under that sort of pressure. She was genuinely kind but also on top of things in a way I’ve never seen another doctor. Nurses were rushing and forgot to note a medicine they had given me before my emergency c-section, and Dr. Williams caught it and politely reminded them how important recording this was. I had my tubes removed after my baby was born while still on the operating table. My anesthesia started to wear off due to complications with the tubal removal and Dr. Williams quickly addressed this. She is just so calm under pressure and it made all the difference for my baby and I. I have seen her twice since my baby was born and each time she was very thorough and kind.

I never expected to be reduced to tears after being reprimanded and belittled while sitting in a paper gown. This woman’s focus was on proving the patient wrong instead of addressing my fears with treatment. I felt backed into a corner until I agreed with her statements and started crying. I am appalled that this women is allowed to be in a room alone with a patient. Absolutely dehumanizing and traumatic.

Never going back
I saw Dr. Williams for my 3rd pregnancy and only because she was a provider in the practice. She was rude and degrading when I declined an internal exam at my 40 week appt. She told me I was putting baby at risk for death. Scare tactics! She also told me I HAD to schedule an induction for the next few days. Since I was healthy with no risk factors for anything, headed towards a very normal, natural and healthy birth, her insistence on membrane sweeps, inductions, and then throwing an ultrasound script (to ensure baby was still healthy) at me was completely out of line. I went into labor 6 days later and had a great birth! I was stuck with her for my first postpartum appt and her bedside manner hadnt improved. She was short and abrupt. She didn't even have the maturity to admit she was a little bit out of line. Especially considering all other drs in the practice I'd seen were on the same page for my birth plan, and no one else tried to force me into unnecessary internal exams.

Best Doctor!
Dr. Jessica is hands down the best OBGYN I have ever used. I met her when she quickly diagonsed my Sister in laws uterine cancer. She treated her with such compassion and care, just the best! I immediately switched to her for my care several years ago. I love her, she is so friendly, caring and always there for any questions, concerns and answers right away. Trust her, she knows her profession.

Dr Williams is not the doctor for you. When i had my 2nd daughter, she performed my c section. First the day after I had my daughter she comes into my room and tells me I just shouldn't have anymore children. No explanation. Nothing. EVEN WHEN I ASKED HER! I since have had a 2nd opinion with the same exact practice and guess what? I can! With no problem. When i went in for my 6 week post surgery check she refused to check me. Why? because she used the covid excuse. I had my baby with me. I traveled an hour. Because she was only seeing patient an hour from me (if i had known this i would not have scheduled w her) I was literally 5 feet from her and had to bring my breastfed child who needed to be with me who would have sat in her carseat for the whole 20 min checkup (which I had concerns about) but no she used the covid excuse and refused to do a post surgery check up. She has no bedside manner

Second pregnancy with this practice and Jessica Williams - She wasn’t pleasant last time and she sure hasn’t gotten any better. POOR bedside manner. Doesn’t listen to your concerns. And flat out told me that what I experienced during my last pregnancy was incorrect. Talked down to me like you would a child and completely disregarded my feelings. Thanks to her I will be switching practices. Which is a shame because Cassie, with Womens Health is phenomenal and so are the nurses!

I made an appointment with Total Women Health & Wellness after I was experiencing some pelvic pains and told by an endocrinologist that I may have endometriosis. After researching Gynecologists in the area, I discovered that Total Women Health did minimally invasive surgeries for Endometriosis. I scheduled an appointment with the practice and unfortunately while in pain I had to wait a month for an appointment. I went to the office, paid my $35 co - pay and met with Dr. Williams, who came into the room and because I mentioned I previously was seeing a fertility doctor felt that it wasn't necessary to examine, or go any further with me, so she provided me with no real service. She referred me back to my endocrinologist, or another Fertility Practice even though I made it clear I wasn't looking for fertility services and that my insurance would not cover me returning to that practice. I felt ignored, insulted as I sat there undressed from the waist down and was never examined.
