Disrespectful!
Disrespectful!: ' I waited one month for my first appointment. Arriving early, I filled out 15 minutes worth of written paper work. After finishing, they allowed a ten late arriving client to be seen before me without explanation. I waited 15 more minutes. Then after blood pressure was taken with an old-fashioned meter, I waited another 20 minutes while the doctor had a loud friendly conversation next door with the late client they let in. With no end of wait in sight, I left the office.

I'm on synthroid because my thyroid is now none-function after going haywire. Dr He has done a fabulous job stabilizing my levels and keeping me healthy. I drive out of my way for his care. He really listens too.

Doesn't listen to what you tell him. He acts like you don't understand your own medical history or condition. He doesn't communicate well. He requires you to come for too many visits for the same problem that he could treat faster. He is bad with prescription refills. I will never go to him again.

Looking for a new doctor in Gaithersburg, MD – May 12, 2016

Very poor. I went to office a month ago. Had tests done, the office refused to give me my results. Never heard from the MD. I'm now reporting them due to violation of of not giving me my results and medical record. I've been a nurse for 20 years, very poor quality and very disappointing.
