Fast and informative! Meet Dr.Patel through an ER visit after medical Emergency Room ambulance ride that was scary for my old self. Was calmed down and attended to very well and I followed up with dr.

5-STAR REVIEW!Dr. Jigish Patel is the absolute best doctor I've ever seen! His exceptional knowledge, compassion, and patient care are outstanding. What sets him apart? He genuinely cares!During my blood work, Dr. Patel stood beside me, ensuring I felt comfortable. I was more at ease with him beside me. Candis Welch, is also great if you want to see a female doctor. I'm forever grateful for Dr. Patel and his team. The entire team shines! Highly recommended!Dr. Jigish Patel, Candis Welch, APRN, and Keith Welch, APRN: THANK YOU for exceptional healthcare and heartfelt care!

Office procedures are terrible
We highly recommend Dr. Jigish Patel, IF you can get in to see him. No one answers the phones. It's a standard greeting saying you need to text an appointment or refill request, and then you have to wait, and hope, someone calls you back. They say you can walk in and wait to see the doctor, however, all patients with appointments get to go in ahead of you, so you could be waiting there in their lobby all day long, while patients go ahead of you. I understand that policy, however, it's not ideal to just go and wait. Also, because of this procedure, my husband and I sought out a new healthcare provider, and signed medical release forms to have all our records sent to the new provider. However, after just a few days, we had second thoughts and asked to stay as patients of Dr. Patel. The office personnel stated that their policy says we can't return once we signed our medical releases. I asked them to please reconsider. They wouldn't budge. They just don't care.

Honest and Caring
Honestly, I expect a doctor to be honest about conditions and Dr Patel is just that, Honest... Thank you for that... People complain about the office staff well if you treat people how you want to be treated then maybe they would be nice to you... Nothing but great things to say about this clinic...

Terrible Office Staff
During a medical emergency, I tried to call Dr. Patel. Whoever the office staff was that answered the phone, told me to go to the hospital that Dr. Patel did not have hospital privileges?!? Soooo, office staff decides if you can be seen or not, sends you to the hospital, have to pick another Primary Care Dr since Dr. Patel can’t come to the hospital to treat me. After 9 days in the hospital, try to go back to see Dr. Patel only to be told by office staff, if you leave the practice he will no longer see you. Thanks so much. TriCare probably needs to re-evaluate if he should still be an authorized Primary Care Dr. I am a veteran & you are still welcome for my service. It’s a shame a good Dr is losing patients because his office staff is allowed to make patient care decisions.

Please read before you go to this clinic. I have known Dr Patel for 20 yrs. I recently relocated back to the area and re-established care. I was put on cholesterol meds and was told to follow up in 3 months after labs. Called the office to reschedule appointment to the end of the month and requested a lab order. I was told that I would need an office visit to get a lab order. The employee even checked with the provider and called me back confirming this information. I am very frustrated and disappointed that I have to spend the extra money (my ins policy is a high deductible) to come in just for a lab order and my work schedule does not allow me to come into their office for fasting labs during their clinic hours. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 yrs and it disappoints me to think this is another way to profit. If you decide to use this clinic, make sure you leave with everything you need for your next appointment. Very very disappointed!

I have seen the NPs every time except once. Candace, especially, is very caring and thorough. The group could do better with communication after the visit, but I've been very happy, overall. I live that I can get a same- day appointment, when needed, and have the option for Saturday appts.

I've been with Dr. Patel for 4 years and I've been very happy with him. Just as the others say the wait is usually not long at all and he will tell you whether you like it or not about the issue. He's very forward and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Patel since 1990 or 91 when he was with Dr. Gamad. He is my favorite he will tell you the truth even if you don't want to hear it. He doesn't send you for unnecessary test and he listens to what you have to say instead of saying it for you. I have had thyroid issues almost all my life. My father also was going to him when they discovered he had congestive heart failure. Thanks Doc for all the years of service through all my whims...

Dr Patel has been my primary care Dr for 17 years and I couldn't ask for a better one. He listens, does not rush you and comes up with a proper course of action. My wife recently selected him as her primary care giver. He's the best.

Have only seen a NP. I like the NP very much but knowledge of fibro is non-existent. Just rewrites Rx that I came to this area with. Long waits for the infamous 10 minute appointment. My experience with office staff is very poor follow through or passing on of information. Very friendly but I'm more interested in my health and the issues I have.

Excellent doctor with an extremely caring and professional staff. I have been seeing Dr. Patel since the late 90’s. He is a very caring doctor who spends as much time as necessary to listen and resolve your problems. His nurse practitioners and other staff are dedicated to serving you in the best way they can. If you need a really good medical staff, I highly recommend Dr. Patel’s Medical Clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patel for many years and have always been very pleased with his treatment and care. His staff which now includes 2 Certified Nurse Practitioners, are also very good. The wait time is always very reasonable even if they have a busy day. I can tell everyone in the office enjoys working for Dr. Patel.
