I have seen Dr. Patel numerous times. APRN listened to my concerns which have been very serious. Scheduled appropriate test. Scheduled ASAP. Scheduled Brava procedure next week. I feel confident DrPatel will be able to help me. Would highly recommend him. My husband was extremely pleased too.

The staff is very rude and he doesn’t care. He is just as rude. He doesn’t care about his patients and talks down to them. I would not sent your loved o es to him. Find a caring Doctor.

I was hospitalized from ER and this gastro was assigned to me. He was uncaring, inattentive and never once made the effort to meet with me to discuss my condition or the test results. No patient should be treated so poorly by a physician

Both my boyfriend and I happen to be in need of a Gastroenterologist just a few months of each other. He used Dr. Patel first and was extremely satisfied and I went to all his visits with Dr. Patel and was able to sit in and experience them with him. That is why I decided to use Dr. Patel also and again extremely satisfied. He is kind, caring and keeps on top of everything going on in his office. I had to call after hours with a concern and he called back with kindness and quickly put me at ease unlike some experiences I have have through the years with doctors being a bit annoyed. WE highly recommend Dr. Patel.

I came to Dr.Patel and ARNP with a list of complaints. Dr. Patel and his staff worked quickly to get a plan of care together. They were all so helpful and kind during the whole testing process. I would highly recommend them for all GI needs!

Horrible, rude, dismissive and checking email or vm while patient is asking questions/talking vs being attentive or concerned. I can't say this enough ...don't use him. Office is crazy, make mistakes and confused about everything and snippy. Dr P seems to schedule tests and appt so as to benefit payments vs health issues. Most important he says very hurtful rude things to patient who are there for help. What doctor does that? Just horrible doctor! There are others in the area that far exceed his lack of knowledge and personality flaws.

I wish I could give some dr. Patel more than five stars. He is an outstanding doctor that truly is compassionate and cares about the well-being of his patients and I haven't seen that in so long it was refreshing!!!

I've been to doctor Patel 6 times, once for my colonoscopy. He diagnosed me with Ulcerative Colitis, gave me 2 medicines "for the rest of my life" and sent me on my way. One of the medicines he gave me worked, but now he refuses to re-prescribe it. I've been suffering for two months without this medication. I've called his office numerous times asking him to please refill it, but he is always "out of the office or doing surgery". If you have a chronic illness, do not go to doctor Patel.

Dr Patel has worked with me to alleviate digestive issues He performed a colonoscopy and referred me to a therapist to help with issues.

Dr. Patel is compassionate, knowledgeable, patient, a good listener. His office team is kind, responsive runs on time. Excellent GI.
