No one answers when you call. You must leave a VM and 2 days later you might get a call back. Paid $180 for psych eval, did not receive diagnosis, explanation of my child's behavior issues, or advice. Dr. just asked a couple questions about our living situation, read through her notes, and prescribed a $250 med. Would not honor our request for a new prescription for the generic drug. Office itself is dark, cluttered at felt like a "hole in the wall" operation rather than a professional office.

My 8 years old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD by Dr. Bracken. We have been to 5 office visits in the last 3 months and Dr. Bracken has asked my child maybe 3 questions. I am not disagreeing with the diagnosis, but I would expect a therapist to have more direct interaction with the patient. Our visits usually last less than 5 minutes. I was not and am not looking for a pill pusher. I want help understanding and a skill set to live and be succesful with the diagnosis.
